Noto Waffle: Yanagida Blueberry White

Yanagida district in Noto Town is one of the largest blueberry-producing regions in Hokuriku.

We've enclosed homemade bean paste, made with 100% Yanagida blueberries carefully cultivated without pesticides in the region's rich natural environment, within a moist cake.

The bean paste, which highlights the well-balanced sweetness and tartness of blueberries, is topped with a smooth white chocolate coating. The gentle sweetness of the white chocolate further enhances the refreshing flavor of the blueberries.
