At the store attached to our head office factory in Kanjyuzumi, Noto-cho,
we offer a full lineup of Izumizu sweets.
Our signature product, "Noto no Imo," features homemade sweet potato paste that brings out the flavor of sweet potatoes,
and is characterized by the incorporation of kelp, resembling sweet potato fibers.
In addition to this classic flavor, the store also offers many products not available at other stores, such as matcha and chocolate flavors.

We also have a wide selection of i WAFFLEs.
"Noto Waffle" is a sweet characterized by its Japanese-Western fusion taste, with each piece of dough carefully baked, encompassing homemade bean paste made from Noto ingredients, and coated in chocolate.

Utilizing our long-cultivated bean paste making techniques in modern sweets, we deliver products that can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations.
At the head office factory store, we sell a diverse lineup, from standard to seasonal limited flavors.

There is also an eat-in space inside the store, so you can enjoy your time at leisure.
