We hold pop-up sales events in various locations within Ishikawa Prefecture and overseas.
We primarily focus on live demonstrations where customers can watch the wagashi being prepared right before their eyes,
delivering the fresh taste and the joy of choosing.
Pop-up Sales Events in Ishikawa Prefecture
At department stores and shopping centers within the prefecture, we mainly offer freshly baked "Obanyaki,"
along with a wide variety of other wagashi.

Obanyaki / Oyaki / Tsurumame / Komokaburi / Chabukusa, etc.
You can easily enjoy our traditional flavors, each carefully crafted, while you're out shopping.
Live Demonstrations Overseas (Global Expansion)
Iwazumi's taste reaches not only within Japan but also to international customers.
Our artisans perform live demonstrations at local event venues, promoting Japanese wagashi culture.
