Manufactures numerous sweet potato products, including Noto's famous confection "Noto no Imo."
In addition to operating its own stores, it also wholesales to over 100 stores both inside and outside the prefecture. Launched its own brand "i WAFFLE" in 2017,
and began overseas sales through its own and FC businesses in 2018. Opened "i WAFFLE cafe" in the prefecture in 2021.
After the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in 2024, launched the "NOTO reborn" brand with the hope of Noto's reconstruction.
Also operates the restaurant "Tonton-ya" on the premises of the Kannawazumi store.
