These exquisite waffles are made with carefully selected ingredients nurtured by the rich nature of the Noto Peninsula, each incorporated into a waffle.
There are two styles: one with a moist dough enclosing a homemade bean paste that brings out the best of the ingredients, and another with ingredients topped over a chocolate coating.
The finishing touches, tailored to each flavor, further enhance the aroma of the ingredients.
• Akasaki Strawberry Milk
Homemade bean paste made with 100% Akasaki strawberries from Noto and strawberry chocolate deliver a sweet and sour bliss.
• Yanagida Blueberry White
The gentle sweetness of white chocolate enhances the homemade bean paste made from organically grown Yanagida blueberries.
• Noto Dainagon Matcha
An elegant Japanese flavor with anko (bean paste) from jewel-like Noto Dainagon adzuki beans, enveloped in aromatic matcha chocolate.
• Noto Kintoki Sweet Potato
The sweetness of sweet potatoes grown in Noto's sandy soil is gently wrapped and finished with white chocolate.
• Noto Salty Nuts
Three types of nuts roasted with salt from Noto's deep sea water are generously adorned on milk chocolate.
• Noto Milk Fruits
Seven types of dried fruits are topped on a dough containing Gouda cheese made from Noto milk.
